Effective Date: 1/1/2026 Welcome to Spot-a-Bus. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spot-a-Bus website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Spot-a-Bus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. 1. What Spot-a-Bus Is Spot-a-Bus is an online marketplace that helps users discover, compare, and book group and charter transportation services offered by independent third-party transportation providers (“Providers”). Spot-a-Bus does not operate buses, vans, or vehicles, and does not provide transportation services. We are not a motor carrier, broker, or transportation provider. 2. Who Can Use Spot-a-Bus You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You represent that: you have authority to enter into these Terms information you provide is accurate and current you will use the platform for lawful purposes only 3. Marketplace Bookings a. Booking Through the Platform All marketplace rates shown on Spot-a-Bus are available only when the booking is completed through the Spot-a-Bus platform. If a customer references a Spot-a-Bus listing or rate outside the platform, the booking must be completed on Spot-a-Bus to receive that rate. b. Provider Responsibility Transportation services are provided solely by independent Providers. Providers are responsible for: operating vehicles complying with applicable laws and regulations fulfilling booked services maintaining appropriate insurance and licensing Spot-a-Bus does not guarantee the performance of any Provider. 4. Payments & Fees Payments made on Spot-a-Bus are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). By booking through the platform, you authorize Spot-a-Bus and its payment partners to: process your payment distribute funds to the Provider collect applicable platform or service fees Spot-a-Bus does not store full payment card information. 5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds Cancellation and refund policies may vary by Provider and are displayed at booking. Spot-a-Bus facilitates the transaction but does not control Provider cancellation policies. Any disputes regarding service fulfillment should first be addressed with the Provider. 6. Phone & Customer Support Spot-a-Bus may offer phone and online support to assist with: navigating the platform understanding listings completing bookings Support does not replace the Provider’s responsibility for service delivery. 7. User Conduct You agree not to: misuse the platform attempt to bypass the marketplace or payment system submit false or misleading information interfere with platform operations violate any applicable laws or regulations Spot-a-Bus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 8. Provider Rules & Marketplace Integrity Providers agree: to honor marketplace-only rates exclusively through Spot-a-Bus not to redirect customers off-platform for the same rate to comply with platform policies Spot-a-Bus may conduct quality assurance reviews and take action, including removal from the platform, for repeated violations. 9. Intellectual Property All content on Spot-a-Bus — including logos, designs, text, and software — is owned by Spot-a-Bus or its licensors and may not be used without permission. 10. Disclaimers Spot-a-Bus provides the platform “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding: availability of Providers uninterrupted service outcomes of transportation services To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spot-a-Bus disclaims all warranties. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spot-a-Bus shall not be liable for: transportation services provided by Providers delays, cancellations, or service failures indirect or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Spot-a-Bus for the applicable booking. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spot-a-Bus from claims arising from: your use of the Services your violation of these Terms your interaction with Providers or customers 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 15.
